Dear Petrides Families, 


We will be welcoming our Petrides families to campus, on our quad, for our annual Back to School event on Wednesday September 4th.   You are invited to pick up important start of school information, including class/teacher assignment for elementary school students and student programs for middle and high schoolers. We will also be distributing transportation information such as bus/walker tags for early childhood students and MetroCard’s for high school 

students.  

 

 

Families are invited to stop by between 4:30 and 6:30 pm to gather information and drop off your child’s school supplies. All items and supplies must clearly be labeled.  Supplies will be delivered to your child's classroom during the first week of school.   

 

 

We have also scheduled orientations for transitional grades.

 

 

Please note parent meeting schedule for transitional grades: 

4:30 pm – Pre-K Orientation, Room B104 

4:30 pm – 5th Grade Orientation, Auditorium

5:00 pm - Kindergarten Orientation, room B104 

5:15 pm – 6th Grade Orientation, Auditorium

6:00 pm – 9th Grade Orientation, Auditorium

6:45 pm – 12th Grade Orientation, Auditorium

 

Please let the grade Assistant Principal know if there is an overlap in time with siblings and any of the orientation time.

 

September 5th is the first day of school for all students.
