NYC Kids RISE is a nonprofit organization that administers the "Save for College Program". It provides every participating NYC public school student with an NYC Scholarship Account—starting in kindergarten—seeded with an initial $100 allocation to help families save for higher education and career training, regardless of income or immigration status.
