• Physics is a challenging high school course dealing with the study of the basic ideas and relationships of space, mass and time.  Learners investigate how scientific ideas over past centuries have increased our understanding of the universe.   Topics include motion, forces, momentum, work and energy, heat, sound, light, electricity and magnetism.  


    Earth Science is an interdisciplinary laboratory oriented course that builds upon the understanding of scientific concepts and mathematics acquired in the earlier grades.  This course integrates major concepts in astronomy, geology, oceanography, meteorology and ecology with some attention given to advances in space science.  


    Science Film Class is an integration of Physical Science and technology related to film film.  Information technology is used to retrieve, process, and communicate information as a tool to enhance learning.
