Theory of Action
IF SCHOOL LEADERS …
Collaborate as an instructional leadership team with grade-level leads and interdisciplinary teacher teams during common planning and professional development time to provide sustained support in ELA and Math. School leaders will analyze data using universal screeners, guide instructional planning, and offer actionable feedback to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
THEN TEACHERS WILL BE ABLE TO …
Implement evidence-based, research-aligned core curricula in both ELA and Math, focused on literacy and numeracy development across grade-level standards. Teachers will analyze multiple data sources to inform small-group instruction, differentiate learning opportunities, and design targeted interventions that address the needs of diverse learners within our school community.
AND STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO …
Demonstrate growth in fluency, vocabulary, language development, reading comprehension, and writing proficiency to accelerate ELA achievement. Additionally, students will develop stronger number sense, problem-solving skills, and mathematical reasoning to achieve success at grade-level math standards and beyond.
